About Le Ann Fuller
A Parent And Advocate Helping Families Navigate Special Education
I'm Le Ann Fuller, the owner and non-attorney special education advocate behind Fuller Education Advocacy, LLC. My advocacy is grounded in professional training and personal experience supporting my son with developmental disabilities.
Since 2019, I have supported families by reviewing evaluations and school records, preparing for IEP and 504 meetings, organizing parent concerns, tracking important timelines, and supporting clear communication with school teams. My experience is also shaped by serving as a foster parent and helping families navigate education systems, disability services, and community supports.
My training includes Wrightslaw Special Education Advocacy Training, Master IEP Coach® certification, COPAA SEAT 3 training, Partners in Leadership through Pilot Parents of Southern Arizona, and IDEA conferences in Phoenix. I am also a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
I am also the creator of AZResourceHub.org, where Arizona families can find practical disability, special education, caregiver, and family resources.

Practical Support Before, During, And After School Meetings
Services provide special education advocacy and parent support to help families understand educational information, prepare for meetings, communicate concerns, and understand possible next steps.
Prepare Parents For Meetings
Help parents organize concerns, identify priorities, prepare questions, and think through possible requests before an IEP or 504 meeting.
Attend IEP And 504 Meetings
Attend eligible IEP or 504 meetings virtually, with in-person attendance available by arrangement. Support the parent in communicating concerns and keeping track of the discussion and next steps.
Support Clear Written Follow-Up
Prepare meeting worksheets and, when included in the selected service, follow-up communication or advocacy letters that document concerns, questions, discussion points, or agreed-upon actions.
