Founder & Non-Attorney Advocate
Fuller Education Advocacy, LLC
LeAnn’s work as a Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate is grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience. As a mother of two children with Autism and three with ADHD and other various diagnoses, she understands firsthand how overwhelming and emotional the special education process can feel. After her own children’s diagnoses, she found herself navigating a maze of educational, medical, and community systems—each with its own rules, language, and challenges. That journey inspired her to pursue extensive professional training and hands-on experience so she could help other families navigate these systems with clarity and confidence.
Over the years, LeAnn has developed a strong foundation in special education practices, advocacy, and family support. She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing professional development, specialized certifications, and participation in state and national trainings. Her dedication to lifelong learning ensures that families receive guidance that is both informed and practical—rooted in current best practices and a deep understanding of how schools and systems operate.
What truly sets LeAnn apart is her ability to blend knowledge with empathy. She meets families where they are, helping them understand their rights, identify solutions, and build collaborative relationships with schools. Whether she’s guiding a parent through their first IEP meeting, special education state complaint, or coaching a parent through a bullying incident at school, LeAnn’s approach centers on empowerment, inclusion, and meaningful progress for every child.
Her work is more than a profession—it’s a calling shaped by her own experiences as a parent, foster parent, and advocate. Through Fuller Education Advocacy, LeAnn continues to turn her personal challenges into purpose, helping families across Arizona find hope, understanding, and success in the special education process.
